Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Process Excellence - BPO (5-14 yrs)
We are hiring for the below mentioned position:
Designation: Assistant Manager/ Manager / Senior Manager-Process Excellence
Location: Pune/ Mumbai (Interview will be held over phone)
CTC: 8.00 l.p.a to 17.00 l.p.a
- Excellent communication skills
- Certifications: Six Sigma (Black Belt)
- At least 5-6 years experience in Quality with 3-4- years in deployment of quality methodologies
- Prepare the detailed quality plan for the organisation with associated risk and opportunities
- Establish Quality Systems & Procedures for the organisation leading to other quality certifications such as ISO, COPC, eSCM;
- Design, build and deliver training programs (YB, GB and BB)
- Obtain buy-in for implementing opportunities; Explore opportunities to align QAD, CIA, RCA frameworks
- Conduct performance review for the Manager and provide feedback
- Work closely with the Finance units to understand & assist on financial implications for Ops teams.
- Align solutions to indicate the - impact of actions/decisions & help to reduce costs
