Job Description : - The position reports to the Director - Capital Markets - The candidate to be based at Ahmedabad in Gujarat - It will be the responsibility of the candidate to spot transaction opportunities and the market trends and support the transaction closure - The candidate will be responsible for Business Development and execution - putting together Engagement Letters with the clients, preparation of transaction documents such as Information Memos and basic deal financials, support in marketing of transaction to investors, identification of partners for the client, negotiation and deal closure; - The candidate will be responsible for deal sourcing, execution and closure of Land and Corporate Finance transaction across a variety of Real Estate segments - residential, commercial, IT Park and SEZs, retail/shopping centers, hospitality, education, etc; - The candidate will do extensive networking within the Gujarat focused Real Estate community - Corporates with land requirement or with surplus parcels; developers; HNIs and capital surplus Institutions Experience : - Overall 3-6 years of work experience in real estate (Land and/or Corporate Finance) transactions with a reputed developer or a leading International Property Consultant (IPC) or any other Intermediary - Good knowledge of Land pricing, Investment themes and regulatory impacting land valuation and transaction scenario in the regional Real Estate industry - The candidate should have a verifiable and proven record of successfully closing Land transaction in the Real Estate sector in the past; - Strong existing relationships with the Real Estate Developer community, Corporates, brokers and Institutional/ High Net Worth (HNI) Investors would be desirable
