Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales - Spare Parts Business (3-6 yrs)
Spare Parts Business Planning and Monitoring
a. Country-wise parts consumption analysis to forecast demand (PD) and ensure PD adherence
b. Prepare country-wise / region-wise potential and drive target setting activity.
c. Prepare Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Quarterly BRC plans
d. Monitoring of parts movement to ensure targets and penetration as per ABP
e. SKU-wise business planning and monitor its compliance
2. Sales coordination and MIS
a. Drive the targets achievement in coordination with field sales teams
b. Analyze demand and find new opportunities across the IB markets
c. Provide MIS and insights to seniors/field teams to improve business
d. Monitor and drive special pricing initiatives to improve volumes
3. Spare Parts Pricing
a. Country wise strategic pricing for focus items based on feedback from country managers to ensure that BAL parts remain competitive
4. Genuine Parts Marketing
a. Prepare new marketing material to train spare parts channel
b. Promote genuine parts and incorporate best practices / market intelligence
