Assistant Manager/Manager - Retail Operations - eCommerce (2-8 yrs)
- Act as an Operations Command centre and will be gauging the periodic process performance through the numbers coming out of several source systems.
- Role demands understanding operations through numbers and is desirable to index on data interpretation skills.
- He/She has to deal with daily ambiguities to resolve the issues and unblock material flows within TAT and also contribute to design corrections to enable us to develop long-term solutions for process defects.
- Role would involve fair bit of data modelling, simulation & setting up correct dashboards using R/Excel/ Tableu
- Single touch point for all Business Units (category Teams) for all operational planning and controls.
- Should be able to interpret the numbers to find out the bottlenecks of operations and troubleshoot them with the right stakeholders.
