A. Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies for pigments.

B. Discover the most profitable/alternative suppliers/markets and initiate business partnerships, examine & re-evaluate existing contracts, Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and secure the most advantageous terms for pigment.

C. Overseeing overall Procurement activites, implementing effective techiques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost saving.

D. Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.

E. Coordinating and planning the logistic need for the region and travel to regions as and when required.

F. Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services, finalize details of orders and deliveries.

G. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

H. Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.

I. Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements.

J. Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

K. Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

L. Collaborate with Lab Management to source new and alternative raw material.

M. Provide Accounts & Finance Department with periodic raw material and finished goods material costs to assist in maintaining product costing, and projected raw material and finished goods costs for annual price meetings.

N. Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
