Assistant Manager/Manager - Production Planing - Paint Major (8-12 yrs)
Production Planning :
- Resource Scheduling as per NOD Stocks
- Implementation of Business Plan into Production Plan.
- Communicating block, monthly plan and Loading Pattern/Product Mix Analysis .
- Co-ordinate with R&D dept for new formulations & send the same to Production Centers.
- Review the production plan with Plant Planners and Tracking the FDP.
- Interaction with Production team, Sales Team and Purchase team to align with business requirement and delivery issues.
- Capacity planning - Short term and long term.
- Co-ordination with purchase team and Other Plant team for availability of IM/ RM/PM.
- Ensure no production loss on account of RM/PM in availability.
- Analysis of Production losses/Inventory analysis.
- Safety Stock finalization at end of every Quarter
- Work Off Plan/SMNM Analysis of the stock
- SKU rationalization segmentation study before and after season and implement the findings.
