Asst Manager/ Manager Plant HR-Gwalior location-FMCG client/ diversity role

Urgent Hiring for a leading alco-bev Company for the position of Manager-HR to be based at Gwalior Details are as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To identify training needs of employees including permanent workman & preparation of training calendar and its implementation.

- Build and Implement Skill Matrix for Workers and support for their skill upgradation through structured programs and assessments.

- To Conduct the training as per plan and maintain the record of training including training evaluation process.

- To organize induction trainings for new joinees and on job training for the shop floor peoples.

- To maintain and improve upon the QMS in the department.

- Ensure proper documentation for Training with respect to requirement for QSE & XO.

- Audit Preparedness & Coordination

- Grievances handling of employees & Exit Interviews as required.

- Work closely with Plant HR Manager to ensure D&I agenda is implemented.

- Mediclaim Management of employees

- To prepare and ensure implementation of employee engagement activities such as annual day celebration, picnic, and other occasional programs.

- To assist HR manager to manage welfare activities & schemes for employees & their families.

- Monthly MIS & data analysis

- To manage efficiently transport arrangement to ensure timely & safe transport for employees

- To manage efficiently pantry, canteen, guest-house & to ensure good hygienic conditions

- HRIS, Workday and employee database management

- Ensure Annual medical check up for Plant

- Role has the opportunity to do developmental initiatives -new / addressing current challenges in the People domain in the Plant

- Partner with Business for Culture & Capability Building initiatives

- Ensure IDP is in line with the Talent Management Framework to facilitate Career Development

- Support HR Manager to anchor all PMS processes: Goal Setting; MYR; Year End Review & PIP

- Roll-out Workshops as required for the PMS Process

- All Workday actions to be completed by employee & resp. Manager

- Closely monitor PIP cases

- Support Plant HR Manager to ensure labour law compliance

QUALIFICATIONS : MBA/ Postgraduate in Human Resource Management; MBA from Tier 1 / Premier institutes.

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 1.5-6 years of total experience

- Prior plant experience is highly desirable but it is not mandatory. However factory culture is different from Office working environment and candidate should be willing and enthusiastic to embrace that.

Candidate will be responsible to :

- Provide training hence good communication skills

- For skill development of workers - hence prior exposure is desirable but again not mandatory as long as candidate has the patience to learn

Job Location: Gwalior -base location. This person will also manage 3P units based in west (6 days work week- Monday to Sat)

Locations of the other 3P plants : Goa, Kolhapur, Bilaspur & Shrirampur

Locationally how far is the plant from Gwalior city : 30-45 minutes from Railway Station and Airport; 20 km. from heart of Gwalior City . Good residential societies are situated within 15-25km radius of the plant

- Travel arrangements for employees there? there is fixed point to plant travel support; in case there is not too far off then home drop is also there but depends on the home location.
