Assistant Manager/Manager - Plant HR - Chemical/Petrochemical

Job Title : Assistant Manager/ Manager

Location : Ankleshswar

Qualification : MBA/PGDM with Specialization in HR

Experience : Min. 7 years.

Preferred : Female candidate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Will be involve in blue collar hiring mostly compliance.

2. Contract Labor Management :

- Handling the contract labor management as a Principle employer and resolve issues related to them.

- Responsible for contractor's agreement and timely renewal of manpower contracts.

- Monitoring the Record and register under Labor Law (Muster roll, Resister of wages, Resister of deduction for damages, Resister of fine, Resister of Advance, Resister of Over time etc.

- Verification of contractors bill and submit to Account Department.

- Manpower tracking & its fulfillment according to plant requirement.

4. Managing the HR activities on Plant Level.
