Assistant Manager/Manager - Plant controller


Qualification - CMA or CA only

Industry exposure - Manufacturing Industry preferably from German MNC

- Responsible for Reporting & Analysis (MIS) for Manufacturing, by working with Corporate Manufacturing Controller in order to report to management the consolidated financial & non-financial KPIs of plants, timely and accurately.

Major Responsibilities:

- Monthly Preparation of Manufacturing Dashboard.

- Monthly Preparation of Consolidated financials and efficiency KPIs of plants in India (5 nos.) and Europe (2 nos.)

- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and collaborate with plant commercial teams for relevant comments.

- Assist Corporate Manufacturing Controller during forecasting / budgeting exercise.

- Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad hoc reports, tools and dashboards.

- Ensure preparation of various reports for Board, VCMD quarterly reviews etc.

- Identify cost optimization opportunities

- Any other controller duties as needed and defined by Manufacturing Controller / Head of department.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :

- 4-7 years experience in reporting & analysis (manufacturing)

- Comfortable in handling and analyzing large amount of data

- Ability to work with minimum supervision

- Result & Quality oriented and a good team player

- Good verbal and written communication in English

- Proficient with SAP modules, particularly MM, FI and CO.

- Proficient with MS Office tools, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
