Asst. Manager / Manager Payroll Compensation & Benefits Female Tier II City -Tamil Nadu

- The Candidate is Responsible for the Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards Management Payroll

- She is responsible for monthly payroll of all the employees. The primary role of this position is to ensure accuracy and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary disbursements, taxes, and other deductions. Must ensure Zero error payroll process.

- Ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations related to payroll processing. ESI /PF / TDS / PT.

- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures that are aligned with the company's overall HR strategy and objectives.

- Work with external payroll service providers, if any, and ensure timely delivery of services.

- Resolve any payroll-related issues and inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.

- Handle the Payroll Related Analytics.

- Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards Management

- Managing employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction, retention, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Develop and implement effective compensation strategies and policies to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This includes conducting salary surveys, analysing data, and recommending adjustments to compensation plans.

- Manage the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, Rewards & Recognition and other benefits. This involves communicating with employees.

- A Post Graduate in Social Work / HRM from recognised Institutions, with 5-8 years of experience in handling Payroll and C & B.

- Tech-savvy and experience in HRMS / Payroll software.

- Must have Proficiency In Tamil & English

- Salary Commensurate with the Experience & Current Salary

- Ability to work collaboratively with other functions and stakeholders.
