Assistant Manager/Manager - OTC Settlements(US Shifts) - Investment Bank

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Contact point for functional managers, internal and external clients

- Handholding queries from Front Office/Middle Office/Internal-External Stakeholders

- Communication with External Clients is a fundamental part of the role

- Suggest and Execute control checks on the processes and Checklist management

- Incident management

- Oversee and enhance supervisory controls on day to day processing

- Approval and authorization of day to day transactions

- Define and Execute actions to resolve thematic escalations raised from functional managers

- Suggest, manage strategic and tactical solutions, inclusive standardization of processes

- Suggest and Drive root cause analysis independently and Execute New Business Initiatives

- Efficiency and Relationship management

- Good OTC, Asset Servicing, FX, Listed Derivatives or Cash Securities background within the broker/dealer environment and the risks and controls surrounding this function.

- Candidates with investment banking or private banking experience will be preffered
