Assistant Manager/Manager - Motor Underwriting - MIS & Automation Domain (5-10 yrs)
Company Profile: Reputed General Insurance Company Ltd.
Location Mumbai - Andheri LBP
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Reporting, Analysis and MIS Automation.
2. Close coordination with stake holders to understand requirements and sharing proper logic for automation
3. Analyzing existing process and making plans for improvement
4. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
5. Handling new projects towards automation of existing manual reports
6. Generate both periodic and Ad-hoc report as needed
7. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
Key Requirements - Education & Certificates
1. Graduate / MBA from reputed institution
2. Advanced excel, VBA & Macros
3. Programming ability ( C /C++ / Python / R / SAS ) will be an added advantage.
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
1. Candidate should have an experience of 5 + years in MIS & Automation
2. Should be aware of general insurance products. Experience in Motor Insurance is highly desired
3. Candidate should have analytical approach to understand problem areas and develop updated reports for better understanding
