Key Responsibilities:


1. Manage Strategic Marketing & Campaigns

- Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand positioning, and ongoing sales efforts.

- Align marketing strategy with business goals to drive qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.


2. Content Management & Communication

- Develop and manage high-quality, engaging content across platforms: website, blogs, emailers, brochures, videos, and social media.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.

- Work closely with in-house teams and content agencies to create targeted storytelling that resonates with homebuyers and investors.


3. Website Management

- Oversee company and project-specific websites, ensuring up-to-date content, intuitive UX, SEO optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

- Monitor website performance via analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and drive continuous improvements.

- Coordinate with web development vendors to manage upgrades, security, and technical enhancements.


4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Lead and optimize digital campaigns including Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO/SEM, remarketing, and influencer collaborations.

- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead behavior and improve conversion rates.

- Develop landing pages, digital creatives, and email funnels for nurturing leads.


5. Corporate & Project Communications

- Drive internal and external communication efforts including newsletters, press releases, investor presentations, and media coordination.

- Liaise with PR agencies for media coverage, interviews, and thought-leadership positioning.

- Craft communication strategy for crisis management or sensitive real estate updates.


6. Offline Marketing & Branding

- Manage hoardings, project signage, print ads, and event branding in coordination with creative agencies.

- Organize project launch events, channel partner meets, and on-ground brand activations.


7. Budget & Vendor Oversight

- Prepare, monitor, and optimize the annual marketing budget.

- Manage creative, media buying, web development, and production agencies with clear deliverables and timelines.


Requirements


Qualifications & Skills:


- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 610 years of experience in marketing roles; real estate or related industry preferred.

- Strong command over content strategy, website operations, digital marketing, and campaign execution.

- Proficient in marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a creative eye and commercial mindset.

- Understanding of real estate buyer journeys.
