Assistant Manager/Manager - Marketing - QSR (3-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of marketing strategy and drive meaningful engagements to increase footfall and drive sales in stores (ex: activation, digital, hyper-local marketing, alliances, events,), thereby achieving annual operating sales plan
- Execute and manage in-store communication changes including menu board, campaign launch, activation from time to time
- Conceptualize local-store marketing (LSM) programmes for focused stores and partner with store managers in execution
- Leverage analytics (internal sales data, campaign analysis) to track marketing effectiveness
- Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with external partners (creative, digital and PR agencies), suppliers and production vendors

Skills Required:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in QSR, Retail or related industry.
- Must have experience in digital and offline marketing strategies.
