Assistant Manager/Manager - Manufacturing Excellence - Paint

- Overall responsibility of implementing Manufacturing/Operational Excellence and proliferation of Lean Six Sigma Projects ( black belt )

- Sustaining & improving TPM activities, Kaizen culture, TPM pillar performance review, best practices sharing.

- Problem solving tools & techniques deployment to improve business performance by improving, productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety & morale.

- Identification & Facilitation of multi departmental projects based on Lean Six Sigma and other Focused improvement methodologies. Mentoring GB/BB projects identified by six sigma trained personnel.

- Responsible for the standardization, optimization and performance up-gradation of processes along with SOP & WI review.

- Plan, deploy, and lead all lean activities that produces significant cost savings though productivity, quality, waste reduction improvements, and improving business processes.

- MIS report preparation & review with top management on monthly & quarterly basis.

Candidate Requirement :

- Engineering / MBA Operations Preferred

- Should have worked in Projects pertaining to Manufacturing Excellence
