Assistant Manager/Manager - Life Sciences Advisory

Looking for candidates should have strong exp in business transformation, performance improvement, cost reduction.

- Play a critical role on advisory projects for life sciences companies ranging from the world's largest pharmaceutical, biotechs and medical devices companies

- Lead workshops and design sessions as per client requirements

- Work closely with business staff from the clients to understand their requirements

- Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle

Required :

- Education / professional qualifications

- MBA from a reputed college Prior Experience :

The candidate must have 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, working with life sciences companies.

Experience & Background :

- Knowledge of regulatory submissions

- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and formal presentation

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
