Work Experience :
1. Experience in L&D/Content Development, TNI, TNA & Delivery
2. Inclined towards elearning and digital way of training
3. Work with HRBPS, business partners and leaders to Identify, analyse and prioritize Learning needs from using multiple training needs analysis methodologies like (surveys, interviews, )
4. Inhouse training modules.
5. LMS Management
6. Certifications in psychometrics, facilitation, coaching and learning evaluation would be preferred.
7. Knowledge of various mastery delivery channels across digital and face 2 face (i.e. digital modules, scenario based learning, gamification, class room training, coaching etc.)
8. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
