Location : Corporate Office , Gurgaon

Job Type : Permanent

CTC bracket : 16.00 lpa to 21.00 lpa

5 days in a week and general day shift.

Role :

- Strategic L&D

- L& D operations

- Training coordination , content management

- L&D budget planning & reconciliation,

- MIS and analytics, Annual & monthly L&D calendar planning, L&D content creation

- Supporting development & implementation of the L&D plans and Organisational Development Initiative.

- Advise Managers and team members on all L& D aspects

- Plan the annual L&D budget and ensure adherence

- Training Life cycle
