Assistant Manager/Manager - IT Business Analyst


About Company : Its is one of the largest retail and hospitality organization in India.

Design and Develop :

- Ability to understand business reporting requirements and provide technical solutions

- Collaborating with business stakeholders to drive delivery of analytics reports requirements

- 5+ years of experience with hands on expertise in PLSQL and informatica mappings & workflows and designing of report and dashboards along with visualizations in Oracle BI Enterprise Edition

- Understanding of concepts of data warehousing and data-modelling are essential

- Hands on experience in Power BI or Tableau or QlikView would be an added advantage.

Maintenance & Control :

- Define, plan and automate house-keeping activities regularly

- Administration activity and tool/repository upgrade practices

- Automation of manual business processes and repetitive tasks.

KRA :

Design and development of Informatica and OBIEE and BI Publisher reports

- Standardization of existing and new reports.

- Monitor & carry out admin activities.

KNOWLEDGE FUNCTIONAL MANAGERIAL :

- Design and development of Informatica and OBIEE and BI Publisher reports

- Standardization of existing and new reports.

- Monitor & carry out admin activities

- Good PLSQL and informatica knowledge and providing end-to-end BI solutions through dimensional modelling & building analytics repository by creating reports and interactive BI Dashboards using OBI

- Understanding of OBIEE security setup/application roles and groups, Metadata and Web Catalog Objects (Dashboards, Reports, Alerts)
