Assistant Manager/Manager - Institutional Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Looking for Assistant Manager/Manager Institutional Sales with following skill sets:
Job Description (Please be detailed)
The candidate would be responsible for :
- New Client Acquisition
- Institutional Distributors.
- Existing Relationships which require specific interface Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners
- Increasing market share for DSP BlackRock
- Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain
- To build a long-term core asset through incremental net sales
- To increase collection with higher market share from present level and to enhance brand recall for DSP BlackRock
- Need to update clients with market and scheme related information.
Competencies & Personality Traits :
- The candidate must have reasonably good Fixed Income knowledge and relevant market expertise.
- He should be confident and good operator/presenter
- Relationship building skills
- Should be willing to travel through the city
