Looking for Assistant Manager / Manager - HR in Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Position Description -

Candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in Consulting/Research and/or Knowledge Management companies across Delhi/NCR. Looking for someone who is good into HR Data and Reporting, HRSI, HR Analytics from HRBP background having experience in payroll, generalist, etc. Ideally someone who is HRIS/HR Analytics Certified

Job Details:

- Should have excellent verbal spoken skills along with business skills.

- Ideally anyone from core consulting company or management consulting domains only

- Candidate should have hands on experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, Data and Reporting functions of Talent Management

- Fairly good in Payroll Management, Performance Management, Company Policies, Strategic Business functions co-ordinations etc

- One should have good stability to be able to get preference.

- Candidates who have exposer in research and analytics, management consulting, core research industry will be ideal match for the role.

This role required parallel mentoring of juniors, henceforth maturity/experience in grooming team is very important aspect of position along with reporting and dash board preparations.

- Should have proficient level of expertise in MS Office Suits.

Note : MBA's from premier institutes are most preferable.
