As a young professional, the organization will provide you exposure in a COE role. Where in you will get a chance to work on key initiatives and learn on the job and be a part of key initiatives in one of the COEs across Rewards or OD

Key responsibilities

- Be responsible for designing and implementing strategic HR projects across areas like organizational design, talent pipeline building, succession planning, hi potential development etc.

- The person should be able to engage with senior stakeholders to work with them closely on the design aspect.

- Should have the ability to think conceptually and to be able to do first level of design independently

Eligibility Criteria: MBA from a premier B-School with proven ability of strong conceptual understand and strong execution excellence, with 2-3 years of experience

Key Skills Required:

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- Strong background and conceptual thinking ability

- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent with numbers and strong analytical ability
