We are currently looking for an AM/ Manager HR for a leading Pune based Infrastructure Company. Designation: Assistant Manager/ Manager HR Operations (HR Generalist profile) Reporting to: DGM HR Location: Corporate Office, Pune Key Accountabilities: - Assist in Recruitment &amp; Selection process at all levels for KP Infra - Implement and support various HR programs, processes, policies and partner with business heads to meet business goals. - Actively participate and complete the Performance Management activities - Implementation of HR Policies and Procedures - Assist in Designing and implementing a Reward &amp; Recognition program - Identifying training needs of employees and assist in preparing the training calendar - Managing employee relations and internal/ external stakeholder management - Drive Employee Engagement initiatives at Corporate office &amp; across various sites Desired Profile: - Masters Degree in Human Resources Management with at least 04 years of post qualification in the Infrastructure industry. - Experience in Construction/ Construction Management/ Infrastructure industry is mandatory. - Excellent communication skills
