- Ability to aid HRBP Partnering between the business and HR through proper stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of HR Processes.
- Resolve & address employee grievances.
- Knowledge of Performance Management systems & talent development.
- Knowledge of Manpower planning & budgeting.
- Capable of sourcing, scheduling, screening & taking entry level interviews.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Good coordination skills.
- Well versed with L&D and engagement initiatives for business
Candidate- MBA- HR with 4-12 years ( Level depends on Experience ) of relevant experience preferably in manufacturing sector.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills, Proactive nature, Excellent interpersonal skills, Meticulous attention to details, organized, good people skills etc.
Desired Competency-
- Exposure to processes of manufacturing industry
