Organisation : A leading organisation in Manufacturing Business .

Department : Legal, Reporting to Group Head

Qualification : LLB must with good academic records.

Main purpose of Job :

- Contract documentation, legal drafting, vetting and over all legal support for other departments .

- Awareness about and changes in legal trends and intelligence.

Job summary :

- Responsible for drafting all operational contracts specifically supply agreements, distribution agreements, transport/ logistics agreements, services agreements, plant specific agreements, offtake agreements, joint venture agreements, etc.

- Responsible for reviewing the above mentioned contracts.

- Analyze various business proposals/ transactions in the legal context.

- Candidate should be updates on legal trends with respect to manufacturing and auto industry.

Note : Our client will prefer the Male candidate & from DELHI/NCR only preferably from Gurgaon or open to relocate to Gurgaon if residing in Delhi or other NCR part.
