- Fraud Mitigation: Machine Learning Capability: Lead the strategy development initiatives using Machine Learning score for the credit card portfolio. Strategy built using Machine Learning score in association with ROI based optimization approach to reduce system complexity and build efficient strategy. This initiative is expected to save $60MM net fraud losses annually . - Worked in the Loss Mitigation and Customer Experience Team under Fraud Analytics Department within Risk Operations Group. - End to end project management - pain point identification through strategy development to post deployment validations. - Detailed analysis on the need of multiple complex model variables to track the Customer Spend behavior and their development. - Provide strategy recommendations to facilitate business planning. - To develop a predictive model using various statistical methods ( Chi square test and Decision Trees, Etc..) for fraud prediction. - To develop acquisition fraud strategy to mitigate high risk applications across SYF RC portfolio.
