Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Financial Services (5-10 yrs)
CA / MBA (from reputed institute); relevant experience
Management reporting:
- Prepare reporting packs
- Prepare key metrics for cost line reports
- Prepare & publish reconciliation of onshore & KGS books
- Prepare monthly estimates for stakeholders
- Prepare annual plan and forecast for respective BU's & cost lines
- Support Ad-hoc requests
- Ensure Quality of delivery and TAT
- Provide inputs for Advance tax working
- Conduct periodic calls and meetings with BU COO's/Ops team, functions spocs & KI-Finance
ERP/Reporting tools (eg. Oracle/Hyperion): Advanced including:
- Extraction of data / reports
- Upload data for Plan / Forecast
- Design operational reports
Working knowledge of Oracle
