Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (3-7 yrs)
Positions: Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis.

Work Location : Gurgaon
Qualification: C.A / CMA / MBA
Responsibilities:-
- Experience in preparation and review of Operating Plan/budgets and forecasts/outlook
- Management reporting (MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis) with detailed commentary and analysis
- Generate insights into business performance to help drive improved financial results and facilitate fact-based decision making.
- Provide objective and analytical insights on financial impact and soundness of business decisions to the top management.
- Continuously monitor business performance, act as a fact-based challenger, and develop recommendations for improvements.
- Drive discussions with senior stake holders on margin improvements , revenue, and other improvements
- Partner cross-functionally providing a breadth of insight and financial decision support.
- Provide financial modeling, business case and analysis for various ad-hoc financial projects and requirements.
- Review business performance and support decision making by providing stakeholders with meaningful insights and visibility on business performance on regular basis
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, sensitivity analysis, industry analysis, what if analysis to understand the financial impacts of various operational decisions
- Drive discussions with senior stakeholders to extract insights, understand business on the ground , act as a fact-based challenger, and then build a crisp narrative.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Actively take part and provide innovative thoughts/ideas and drive org wide initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience in FP&A Domain 3-7 years
- Must have professional work from home setup, personal Laptop, and high-speed broadband connection
- Work timings: 11:00 am IST - 08:00 pm IST (Indian Standard Time)
- Experience in Finance function
- Ability to handle leadership queries and quick turnaround
- Upbeat, confident, outspoken & good in communication
- Great storyteller
- Executive presence
- Attention to detail
- Team collaboration Skills
- Proficient with tools like - frameworks/ presentation / analytical tools like power bi/ excel/ macros.
