Position Title: Manager / Assistant Manager

Location: Mumbai, Kanjur Marg

Key Accountabilities :

Manages core accounting/finance processes/functions including

- Income function - billing/invoicing, collection

- Expenses function - Capex/Opex, Accounts Payable, Vendor reconciliations

- MIS function - Management reporting, reporting to Board/ACM, Financials results

- Funding & investment function

Required Profile :

Educational/ Professional Qualification - Chartered Accountant with good academics records

Experience & Industry - At least3 years experience in accounts, finance & MIS functions

- Experience in Securitiesmarkets or

- Banking or

- Insurance industry

- Other financial services

Skills and Knowledge : Strong accounting background enabling management and maintenance of the general ledger including the monthly account reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy of reported amounts.

- Income Tax provisions - Direct taxation

- GST provisions - Indirect taxation

- Budgetary mechanism

- IFC framework, RCM framework

- Companies Act provisions, RTP mechanism
