Position: Asst. Manager / Manager ESG
Experience: 05 to 10 years in Steel Manufacturing industry.
Job Description :
- Preparation of Monthly MIS
- Preparation of Quarterly MIS
- Making GRI Standard based disclosure
- Making SEBI mandated BRSR framework based disclosures.
- Making CDP disclosure.
- Participation in DJSI Annual assessment.
- Participation in SBTI based disclosures.
- Preparation of Monthly documents based on ESG practices of World's ESG compliant companies.
- Processing applications for memberships for various organizations.
- Providing feedbacks on rating agencies reports such as MSCI, Sustainalytics and Moody.
- Responding to Questions and queries of Investors.
- Climate change risk assessments (Physical and transition)
- Participation in GrenCo Rating System.
- Participation in Environmental Best Practices Award.
- Participation in CII Sustainability Award.
- Integration of ESG in systems and Processes.
- Identification of ESG Projects and implement them in plant.
- Facilitate GHG inventorisation based on reliable standards and protocol.
- Establishing measurement system for Key ESG KPIs.
- Embedding ESG in different functions.
- Technical Competency: Knowledge of GRI Standard, BRSR framework, CDP, SBTI and DJSI.
Managerial Competency: Strong verbal and written communication skills, strategic thinking, strategic planning and organization, team building, individual drives.
Academic Qualification: B.Tech + MBA (Environment Management or sustainability).
