Asst. Manager/Manager - Employee Experience & On boarding Specialist (10K+ Workforce Size) - Insurance /BFSI/Logistic /Large Manufacturing. Location : Navi Mumbai /Goregaon Experience : 8 to12 years Responsibilities : Job Summary : - As an Employee Experience Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring that our employees have a positive and engaging experience throughout their entire journey with the company. This will involve working closely with our HR team to improve the on boarding process, streamline background verification procedures, and transform the overall employee experience - Improve Employee On boarding: You will be responsible for developing and implementing an on boarding process that is efficient, effective and engaging. - This will involve working with HR and other departments to create a comprehensive on boarding plan that ensures new hires are set up for success from day one. - Streamline Background Verification: You will oversee the background verification process for new hires, ensuring that it is completed in a timely and efficient manner. - You will also work with our HR team to ensure that our background verification procedures comply with all relevant laws and regulations. - Transform Employee Experience: You will be responsible for transforming the overall employee experience, including developing and implementing programs that promote employee engagement, wellbeing and professional development. - This will involve working with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the employee experience. - Develop and Implement Employee Engagement Programs: You will develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. - This may involve conducting surveys, focus groups, and other activities to gather feedback from employees and develop programs that address their needs - Monitor and Measure Employee Experience: You will monitor and measure the employee experience using a variety of metrics, including employee engagement surveys, turnover rates, and other indicators. - You will use this data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall employee experience. - Ensure all pre-employment background verification are completed accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement initiatives that improve the overall employee experience - Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and employees - Conduct surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the employee experience - Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality employee benefits and services - Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the employee experience, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Competencies : - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects - Knowledge of HR laws and regulations - Experience using HR technology platforms and tools. - Passion for improving the employee experience and creating a positive work culture.
