Assistant Manager/Manager - Data Analysis - Manufacturing (5-10 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supports business reviews with the creation of dashboards, templates and meeting packs for the performance reviews ensuring distribution in required timescales ahead of the meeting and data quality.
- Liaise with the Performance management team, Marketing and M&S Operations in processes such as Market Insight/Outlook, Global target setting, Scorecards which are relevant to the INLs.
- Act as a contact to INLs and Account Managers for issues regarding tool permissions, training etc.
- M&S tools including: Atlas, Salesforce.com, Power BI dashboards, MOE tool, Tableau.
- Extracts and analyzes data from sales/financial tools and other relevant sources to measure progress of specific activities or initiatives for the Segment/Channel & applications.
- Provides ad-hoc analysis on business and market on as-needed basis.
- Develops and maintain reports and dashboards (including but not limited Salesforce.com reports and Power BI Dashboards) for Account, Segment, Channel and Applications. Supports in training the stakeholders about the usage of the reports and dashboards (INLs, GAM/SAMs).
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of data quality and completeness. Supports on data cleansing to enhance the quality with processes such as manual order entry in Atlas for Account Managers.

Background :
- Experience in extracting and analyzing data. Affinity to figures and IT-solutions.
- Strong skills in Power BI (DAX) / Power Query / Power Pivot / Tableau / Excel / PowerPoint / Sharepoint.
- Result oriented and able to overcome organizational resistance.
- Analytical mindset and problem solver, ability to take ownership & resolve issues.
- Social, culturally sensitive, flexible and used to international exposure.
- Advanced knowledge tools such as Salesforce.com, Apttus, and Abacus are of advantage.
- Strong English language skills, written and spoken.
