Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Finance - Manufacturing - CA

The position is for a group of companies (1500-1600 crores turnover) under the umbrella of of a Multi Billion dollar Indian group with a group Turnover of around 25000 Crores,

The role directly reports in to the CFO and would be involved in making valuable additions and giving inputs to the Overall Financial strategy of the company.

Looking for an Intelligent, hardworking  with the right attitude, a keen learner and team player with excellent communication skills. 

Responsibility - 

- Corporate Finance, preparation of working capital and term proposal, preparation of CMA data, Coordination with credit rating agencies for credit rating, dealing with banks and institutions, Forex and Treasury, Hedging of Forex Risk etc

- Work on M&A related Projects, financial Modelling, preparation of DCF model, Due Diligence, Tax structuring etc

- Industry research, preparation of business plans and help in identifying new opportunities. 

- Corporate MIS, Inter firm comparisons, Assist in quarterly review of accounts of listed company, help in working out the tax liability

- Accounts finalization of Indian and international subsidiaries, compliance and accounting issues.

- FEMA compliance, Transfer Pricing issues, compliance related to SEBI and the Companies Act, Knowledge of GST and IND AS.
