The position - Asst Manager Finance /Manager Finance

Reporting to ;CFO

- Multiple Companies belonging to - one of the most reputed and Large group of North India with a group turnover of approx Rs, 20,000 Crore,

Qualification

Experience : B.Com . CA

- An intelligent, hardworking, with right attitude and keen learner and team player with good communication skills .

- Preferably Article ship from a good firm

- 3 yrs to 6 years .

- Responsibility Corporate Finance, preparation of working capital and term loan proposal preparation of CMA data, co-coordination with Credit rating agencies for credit rating, dealing with banks and institutions, Forex and Treasury. 

- Hedging of Forex risk etc .

- Work on Merger & Acquisition related projects . Financial Modelling, preparation of DCF model, Due diligence, Tax structuring etc.

- Corporate MIS . inter firm comparisons, Assist in quarterly review of accounts of Listed company . Help in working out the tax liability.

- Industry research, preparation of business plans. Help in Identifying the new business opportunities

- Accounts finalization of Indian and international subsidiaries, compliances and accounting issues. FEMA compliances, Transfer pricing issues, Compliances
