Role/Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager - Compliance & Secretarial
Job Profile/Deliverables: The person will be responsible for:
- Accurate and timely reporting to regulators.
- Interpretation and implementation of applicable laws and regulations.
- Streamlining processes and documents as per compliance requirements.
- Resolving compliance related matters with other departments.
- Providing training to staff on compliance related matters.
- Handling secretarial activities relating to the AMC and Trustee Company including liaising for board and general meetings, filing of various forms with MCA, etc.
- Legal work relating to drafting/perusing of various agreements, documents, investor complaints, etc.
Liaises with :
- Internal customers (Whole Organisation)
- External customers (SEBI, AMFI, Auditors, etc.)
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a CS /LLB with:
- An excellent academic background
- Good communication and drafting skills
- Drive, passion and self motivation
- In depth understanding of Mutual Funds
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013
- A right blend of patience & aggression
- High degree of orientation of structure and processes
Work Exp: 3-6 years of relevant experience
