We are currently looking for Asst Manager / Manager - Comp & Ben. with one of our retail client based at Mumbai
Scope of the role :
- To administer & implement rewards & benefits policies in the company and labor & statutory compliance.
- Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and managing salary, bonus and benefits packages for the employees of the organization.
- Ensure compliance at all establishments pan India.
Job Profile :
- Monitoring salary structure and benefits at all times
- Developing competitive benefit packages
- Ensuring all packages and benefits are compliant with state laws
- Maintaining and developing personnel record systems
- Designing and rolling out HR policies
- Benchmark with relevant companies on compensation structure
- Responsible for statutory & labor law compliance
- Ensuring market hires are in parity with internal benchmarks
Key Deliverables :
- Administering of salary offers for new joiners
- Maintaining internal benchmarks for each level and job roles
- Rolling out annual Salary increments, Promotions and Salary correction (as & when reqd)
- Maintaining company employees & agency roll employees cost
- Ensuring statutory & labor compliance
- HR Policies
Requirement :
- MBA, with 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Good in data analysis & statistics
- Knowledge of statutory & labor laws
- Excellent presentation skills
