Assistant Manager/Manager - Campus Hiring - Global Research & Analytics Firm (4-15 yrs)

- This person will be responsible to lead our college recruiting and university relations programs. In addition, they will be responsible for partnering in the execution of talent sourcing strategies across all levels.

- You will be responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition teammates, HR partners, business leaders and external partners to design and deliver talent acquisition solutions for all levels, particularly focused on intern and early career talent.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Campus Recruiting

- Partner with business leaders and HR business partners to identify intern and early career talent needs

- Understand and design strategy around campus engagements, early career talent and social media activation, including management of action and resource plans.

- Continuously assess talent pipeline and proactively identify targeted schools and majors based on talent needs

- Expand strategic relationships with career services and faculty at target schools

- Leverage employment branding to build awareness and engagement, including social media campus activation.

- Engage students through job fairs, information sessions, case studies, campus organizations, etc.

- Streamline on-campus and on-site interview, selection and offer processes

- Make recommendations to enhance orientation and summer intern programming

- Develop campus ambassador program at key schools

- Manage internship programming, including training of managers, dissemination of information, and assessment of interns.

Talent Sourcing

- Represent company by building and cultivating relationships with professional organizations, community groups, social media outlets, alumni groups, the military, etc. to leverage in sourcing efforts

- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to assist in sourcing strategy development, referrals and contacts

- Design and implement strategies to significantly increase the RAI Talent Community and partner with Employer Brand to develop methods to - market- our career opportunities more effectively

Other

- Provide support for other initiatives and projects as assigned

- Must be willing to travel

Requirements

- Degree in Human Resources, Communication, or other comparable field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruitment, preferably in another BFSI company.

- Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience required

- Minimum 1-2 years of leadership/management experience strongly preferred

- Previous experience with building college recruiting programs/processes

- Must have outstanding oral and written communications skills, including public speaking and creation of presentations. Ability to synthesize and disseminate essential information, such as offer acceptance rate, source of hire, sourcing channel effectiveness, selection ratio, etc.

- Previous experience with candidate sourcing across multiple levels including social media recruiting

- Must have the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and interact with leaders at all levels

- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors, is essential

- Previous experience with campus recruitment software, preferred
