Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development - Renewable Energy Business

We are part of one of the largest infrastructure fund globally and currently running the business of acquisitions and operation of Renewable energy business.

- Sourcing deals in renewable energy for investments. Identifying investment rationale, analysis of financial data, risks and regulatory etc.

- Assisting in new business development and supporting all investment-related initiatives

- Preparing financial model, sensitivity analysis and valuations.

- Negotiating with management, preparing term sheet, investment structure etc. Assist in preparation of legal and shareholding agreements.

- Responsible for preparation of presentations, various analysis sheet and documents.

- Appointment, negotiation and supervision of Due Diligence agencies for Financial, Legal, Tax, Secretarial, Commercial etc.

- Since the position is part of the operating team, the person should be flexible to work in the operations of the business like coordinating with Discoms and government agencies etc.

Job Specification:

- MBA from a reputed institute

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams and functions

- Highly motivated, self-starter who can multi-task effectively

- Hardworking and can manage extensive travel

- Good knowledge of the finance/investment industry including equities

- Ability to collaborate with the investment team and exercise discretion and awareness of sensitive information

- Advanced experience in PowerPoint and Excel

- Keen attention to detail

- Flexible to multi-task and work as per the requirement of the business
