Business development :
- Conduct meetings with clients and seek to add them to the Exchange.
- Formulate plans with help of Chief Manager to meet volume conversion targets and attempt to meet the same.
- Maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and assist them to make the change to the NSE platform.
Database management :
- Verify new entries made by AM after the admission of new members so as to validate the record.
- Check and add to the database of potential clients to maintain a exhaustive list of clients to be converted to the NSE platform.
Client servicing :
- Handle escalations and provide information to customers whenever needed.
- Act on feedback scores provided by customers to suggest changes to the functional processes.
- Clarify information on the various product offerings of NSE i.e. Currency and F&O to ensure customers understand the products and services.
Seminars and presentation :
- Work with AM to prepare a list of presentations to be provided and approve the list to be sent to marketing department.
- Understand the requirements of the client sessions to provide feedback to the marketing team.
