Position - Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Analyst Experience - 4 to 10 years - Monitoring and analyzing Sales figures / Retail universe and comparison with Business Plan for ensuring the organizational growth. - Carrying out management reporting and supporting various functions including strategic planning, business/ performance review and tracking of efficiency/ productivity of day-to-day operations - Active involvement in budgeting forecasts and reports &amp; accordingly effectuating business plans to attain maximum sales. Formulating ABP for the organization through extensive data analysis and co-relation to standard indices considering Internal (Sales Volume, Retail Universe, % growth etc) and External (Market research / Seasonality etc.) - Presentation for updating management on various trends of Sales - Brand &amp; SKU - Review Meeting presentation, preparing reports of query, preparation of Market Information System (MIS) - Tracking and suggesting methods to improve Units productivity. Accessing the Units performance and reporting the same to management. - Ability to work on large data sets, integration of same to derive insights on the business and present the same to management. - Evolving market segmentation &amp; penetration strategies by in-depth market research to achieve sales objectives - To analyze the EBIT state wise &amp; provide a synopsis for the same, along with highlighting key action points, areas of concern, improvement areas &amp; communicating the same as per protocol that will be defined Strong Analytical Skills / Well Versed in Computer - Ms Office/ Presentations / Macro / Tools like Alteryx and Tableau, Phyton R
