Required Experience :
- Candidate must have Financial Due Diligence / Transaction diligence experience from BIG10 Consulting Firms.
- Conducting end to end financial due diligence
- Experience in performing detailed financial statement analysis and a strong working knowledge of the field of accounting.
- Reviewing the work performed by the subordinates and coaching them
- Establishing strong professional relationships with onshore team members
- Providing support/assistance for proposals/business development
- Strong analytical, strategic and commercial experience in advising clients on engagements
- Passionate about Deal advisory with a history of learning continuously from experience and to seek out development opportunities.
