Business Analyst JOB ROLE: We are looking for "Assistant manager", "Manager" and "Associate Director level". And also looking for a high-octane Business strategist (with strong general management capabilities) to join our business strategy team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Execute business strategy objectives defined by management for different business requirements - Sales, Products, New initiatives, organic and inorganic growth etc. - Lead strategic partnerships and other organic and in organic initiatives for the growth of the organization. - Lead annual budgeting & strategic planning process. - Work closely with Management and business analytics team to model, analyze, prepare and summarize information for company's forecast and performance. - Identifying business performance trends for existing and new business opportunities - Preparation of business models for management to provide business insights and take business decisions - Interaction with product and business unit stakeholders as required to strategies key projects in their functions across business and products. - Research and come up with new business and product initiatives with backup data and strategy. Lead it to the formulation level. - Set up processes and systems to maintain the credibility of all data points required for business decision making. - Ensures effective execution of key metrics such as Sales, revenue, cost, profit and coordinate related activities. - Work with Business Teams to monitor opportunities & risks. - Active participation in process improvements and business strategy projects as identified. QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: - MBA with at least 5 years of experience working as a Business strategy, planning, or in general management profile. Some highlighted points are below: - Preparation of daily/weekly sales reports & MIS (primary/secondary) against the Annual Business Plan - Monthly Budget/Targets. Sharing weekly dashboards & deriving insights helping business managers take corrective actions on priority. - Maintaining consolidated sales database, analyzing trends on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis at different price bucket levels, Avg Selling Price (ASP) analysis, category level analysis etc. - Preparation of Rolling Forecasts on a month-on-month basis, considering latest sales trends, regular monitoring of actual vs forecasted sales numbers and ensure immediate corrective actions - Develop an effective pricing model to curb frequent price fluctuations on major Ecommerce portals. - Monitoring Debtors outstanding and monthly collections thereof - Monitoring & provisioning marketing & advertising expenses based on sell through monthly - Preparation of multiple dashboards & decks such as weekly review presentations, stock cover for secondary sales, fill rate, internal SOH status for primary sales (GIT, inter-branch & WH Allocation), market share details and many more ad hoc reports as per the requirement of management - Calculation of quarterly incentive payouts for internal team
