Assistant Manager/Manager/Associate Director - Accounting Advisory - Consulting Firm

We are looking of AM/Manager/ Associate Director (Accounting Advisory) for a Consulting.

Below is the broad JD for the role:

Accounting and Reporting Consulting team works with clients broadly in the below areas:

- Technical Accounting support under US GAAP, IFRS and / or equivalent standards.

- Pre and Post Deal Reporting : working with clients around accounting implications arising from acquisitions and group reorganisations alongside post transaction support that includes assistance with preparation of financial information / statements.

- IPO support : assistance on financial reporting and related aspects

- Digital finance : supporting the clients with digital interventions relevant for the finance function such as accounting manual, financial reporting tools such as consolidation, leases, financial statement preparation and others

- Accounting support : staff augmentation to help the clients bridge the band-width constraints in the finance teams

- SOX and IFC related aspects

- The candidate would be expected to have string audit knowledge and / or accounting / financial reporting aspects in the above areas.

- Professional qualifications : CA, CPA, ACCA would be preferred.
