Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting - Creation of department wise cash budgets & analysis, projected balance sheet up to EBIDTA reporting. Monthly outlook for projected P&L, commentary on variance analysis for strategic decisions by promoters, cash flow statement for business expansion plans.

Month End Closing - Daily Vouching & compliance management, quarterly Projected Balance sheet for accrued revenue & costing in the books. Monthly closing for identify the most and least profitable clients, P&L component wise analysis & resource allocation to maximize EBIDTA reported

 Accounts Receivable - Leading O2c customer invoicing process for on time collection of payment from Customer. AR Controls through Error free invoicing to customer as per payment terms. Managing AR Aging, sending weekly collection report to HODs, creating bad debt provision for balance sheet preparation.

Vendor Management - Manage vendor payments, expense provisions for monthly P&L reporting, timely payroll payouts, employee reimbursements and other operating expense payments. Vendor credit appraisal for negotiating rates and credit payment terms.

Fund Raising & Due Diligence Process - Prepare presentations for potential investors and create Visual Data Room for due diligence, ensuring compliance certifications are obtained by the company with valid proofs & adheres as per regulatory requirements.

 Merger & Acquisition - Part of core team handling domestic and cross border Merger & Acquisitions. Assisted the largest acquisition transactions in Education Sector with a transaction size of approx US$ 500 million. Prepare acquisition strategy for financials, costing & cash arrangements and payment terms.

GST & Auditing - Implemented GST process, E-Way Bill process, filling of monthly returns for Output liability & availing CANVAT credit, update monthly MIS tracker for reverse charge computation, GST Reconciliation for advance payment received and state wise return filling process.
