Assistant Manager/Manager - Analytics - KPO

Hiring for an Outsourcing Giant for Gurgaon location.

Job Responsibilities :

- Analyze the customers' database.

- Analyze the stakeholders' database.

- To prepare business predictions based on Predictive Models

- Extracting, manipulating and loading of data using R.

- Responsible for performing analysis, R coding.

- Perform Model validation

- Client reporting and developing codes for automation, data manipulation using R programming, MS Excel, SQL and MS power point.

- Creating work tables and macros for automating the framework, using R.

- Maintaining, developing and analyzing reports covering activity across different channels.

- Creating one-stop datasets at the session level and analyzing data gaps and derive any enhancement.
