- To Assist Management in decision making on different issues by providing quantitative forecasting using Business Intelligence & analytics techniques. - Market Share Analysis covering pricing by competitors vs the company, MIS reports and Data Mining, Data Cleaning. Sales & Marketing data management & competition analysis in terms of qualitative and quantitative inputs.

- To monitor market & competition & help management to figure out the strategy to increase sales & improve the market share. Identify new business opportunities by visiting websites, various online & offline platforms.

- Consolidate & prepare the business review & create the actionable by recording MOM & follow up for closure. Scanning of all the competition activities & provide inputs for competition strategy by providing a standard format to be filled in by the sales team.

- Give the necessary inputs to managements for designing short term & long term strategy.

- Assist management in key monthly activities that provide oversight of completeness & accuracy of underlying sales & related Information.

- Preparing & presenting high impact presentation, statement of review, media presentation & ad-hoc presentation.

- Benchmarking of products against the competition to identify key market opportunities.

- Provide analytical frameworks for best practices for data preparation, data warehousing & master data management

- Preparing various formats for sales team and management in Google form/ Google sheet/other data collection & analytical tools with graphical representation.
