Position Summary: - Identify &amp; Build Alternate Channels of revenue for the organization India business, and deliver the agenda of boosting the drive top-line. Business Context for the role: - As we build the vision for explosive growth, building in-organic avenues of growth are instrumental. It is therefore critical to build a Subject Matter Expert team that works full time on identifying market opportunity, funneling down propositions that are feasible, scalable and will deliver on the aligned top-line contribution in the pie. Role complexity: - Working on a Green-field mode of building alternate channels of revenue, with e2e orientation of exploring, setting up &amp; running these. Role will become even more complex with the sensitivity of avoiding cannibalization of the existing Direct-sales core. Core role: - Build channels of Revenue generation: Explore alternate streams of drawing the revenue for the organization. Understand success factors for these channels in the organization context - Our product line, our brand proposition. (Key Distributor, CSD, CPC and Institutional Business - are a few ideas to build on) - Influence internal stake-holders: - build viable business cases with pseudo-P&amp;L approach and align on channels to build. Liaison with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR &amp; other key internal teams to build these Routes-to-market. - Establish network through partnerships: Setup these channels and deliver aligned revenue contribution. Create the network in the market through required tie-ups/channel partnerships, identify levers for sustained growth &amp; mutual win-win, and build the business propositions for these channel partners. - Setup team and drive sales: Develop the organization design and capability to run these alternate channels Business Impact: 2020 - Build viable business cases and pilot 3 independent approaches - Deliver additional revenue of XXMill$ via these channels 2021 and beyond - Establish the network of sales and deliver sustained growth of 50% YoY - End-game is to establish a revenue stream of XXMill$ by 20XX Candidate Specs: PAST WORK - (Industry &amp; Role) - Top Personal care/Cosmetic/Beauty companies/ Cash and Carry Stockists/Institution Sales/Corporate tie-ups Sales Leads. - Core experience &amp; understanding of Sales and Marketing is a must QUALIFICATIONS : Education foundation : - Bachelors/ MBA in Sales and Marketing Professional : - 7 - 13 Years of experience in relevant Industry &amp; role : - Core experience &amp; understanding of Sales and Marketing is a must
