- Coordinate and ensure effective administrative support and services such as Canteen Management, Housekeeping, guest house management in the business unit/plant to support business operations
- Supervise and manage contractual administration staff including attendance, allocation of work, deployment etc. for supporting various business requirements
- Liaison with local authorities, local leaders, and opinion makers to fulfill various requirements of the Business Unit/Plant.
- Drive Statutory Compliances related to engagement of Contract employees, administrative support services for the business/business unit
- Ensure adherence to best practices of administrative support and services for the business unit/plant that complies with Statutory requirements and processes prescribed by the Group
