About:

- Manage the Loyalty Program

- Grow salience, and consideration for the airline loyalty program and tiers.

- Drive acquisition.

- Grow partnership acquisition & traction.

- Increase channel contribution - Drive engagement, transactions & revenue for logged in users on app & web.

- Develop a distinct positioning for the loyalty program and tiers, defined by the commercial strategy on key differentiating planks

- Develop the operating standards for loyalty and customer journey for each tier, working with operational departments including Customer Happiness, Learning & Development.

- Drive new design thinking and innovation in loyalty with a commercial focus

- Plan, design, and oversee implementation of an overarching brand loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement, retention, engagement, NPS and sales

- Continuously evaluate the structure and features of partner agreements, negotiate and implement any necessary changes based on rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis
