Job Description : 

- Handling & Managing 60,000 Sq.ft Warehouse.

- Managing all processes and functions within a busy warehouse.

- Managing a team of up to 35 employees within the warehouse.

- Inbound & Outbound operations are monitored and ensured that it is completed in FIFO basis as per the TAT & Kanban System.

- Responsible for developing and managing inventory, supply chain plans, procurement, and materials flow.

- Follow-up WIP & safety stock levels.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability.

- Managed all inventory control policies and procedures.

- Maintained inventory accuracy, receiving of all products into system, control and audit vendor issues.

- Scheduling work & rotas to meet fluctuations in staffing levels & workloads.

- Leading, motivating, training and developing staff.

- Visiting clients to monitor the quality of service they are receiving.

- Updating & maintaining computerised & paper based administrative records.

- Responsible for the disciplinary & grievance procedures.

- Working with team leaders to review procedures & maximize customer satisfaction.

- Handled multiple warehouses

- Ensure Company assets are maintained properly.

- Customer escalations to be closed with 24 hours.

- Preparation and analysis of MIS report & KPI Daily and monthly basis.

- Highlight daily and weekly issues regularly to respective departments.

- Responsible for continual improvements in stores activities by improvement in material handling, storage, inventory levels and cycle counts of stocks.

- Discussions of problems regarding warehouse functions with superiors regularly.

- Maintaining effective and cordial relationship with transportation services.

- Providing none moving and rejected materials information to the management for necessary action.

- Performed forklift operation and safety checks.

- Maintaining 5- S on the job.
